Mariah Amine Clark, a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University’s Apparel Department, received the International
Textile and Apparel Association's (ITAA) Paris American Academy 2007 Scholarship Award.
Mrs. Clark founded Mariah Amine Couture in 2007 and introduced her accessory line in 2009. In 2010 Mariah Clark decided to expand
Mariah Amine Couture and she began the process of opening a retail boutique. The Boutique opened in December 2010 and is now a source not
only for Mariah Amine Couture products, but also many other products. These products are either hand-made or locally made. Mariah Amine Couture
strives to provide the public with easy access to high quality products. Mariah Amine Couture also feels the importance of bringing knowledge
to the public and is offering both sewing and knitting classes and private lessons.
Mariah Clark possesses an extreme passion for formal gowns. Every gown she creates is constructed with care and extreme attention to detail. Mrs.
Clark uses couture techniques to insure the quality and beauty of her masterpieces. She also constructs less formal classic lined garments.
Mariah Amine Couture released its first ready-to-wear line in spring 2011. These items are for sale exclusively from the Waynesboro based boutique.
Mrs. Clark has a strong sense of history and heritage. She strives to bring the grace and beauty of the past into modern silhouettes.
In doing so she creates gowns with depth and meaning. Her designs are timeless and classic.
The accessory line is classic and timeless. The lines are simple and elegant and the fabrics are exciting and eye-catching.
The bags are very versatile and can be used by women of all ages.
All of Mrs. Clark’s products are designed and hand crafted by Mariah in the United States of America. Some fabrics are imported.
